Join us for a Saturday morning yoga class at Atlantic Gardening Greenhouse & Plant Nursery in North Raleigh! Enjoy a 60-minute, beginner-friendly class followed by (optional) mimosas and plant shopping. Atlantic Gardening is a beautiful garden center with flowers, plants, a gorgeous greenhouse, flower bar, and garden décor.

This class is $20 for (1) ticket and spots are limited to allow for enough space. The class will be held in the event space inside and you will be invited to the mimosa bar to grab a drink and walk around the garden center.

Class description:

• We will begin with a short meditation to breathe & get grounded into the space

• You can expect about 30-40 minutes of optional movement with plenty of options offered

• Class will end with a cool-down & a short meditation

• Opportunity to chat, ask questions, & grab a mimosa from the garden bar afterwards

Please bring:

• A yoga or workout mat

• Water or a preferred drink
